Bennett’s Wallaby
This Wallaby didn’t move away and continued to look at us as we walked on a track nearby. The species is known as Red-necked Wallaby in Australia but the subspecies M.r. rufogriseus found in Tasmania is called Bennett’s Wallaby locally.
