After leaning at an angle of 45 degrees to go through a tight right hand bend, Mister Boatman switched rapidly to a left hand equivalent before lining us up for a rapid pass through a gap in the rocks a few inches wider than the boat. He enjoyed himself so much that he did it all over again. He knew what he was doing but I would have preferred something more sedate. Fortunately, this came soon as he slowed down to let the passengers see some Black-faced Cormorants in their splendid breeding plumage. After all, it was billed as a wildlife tour!
