Chestnut-breasted Cuckoo

Our bus had arrived late the previous evening and we set off to Dablin Creek Road. This is a very steep incline, too steep in fact for the bus so we had to alight and walk to a vantage point higher up the mountain. It was an excellent area for birds but they were far too distant for photography except for this Cuckoo which posed in a tree near the road.
