Grey-headed Fish Eagle

Grey-headed Fish Eagle

We found an hotel within easy walking distance of the Botanical Gardens. The Gardens are a good place to see flowers and get some exercise. They also have a range of different habitats which support a number of interesting bird species. Top of the list was this Grey-headed Fish Eagle which was flying around one of the larger lakes and eventually perched for a sufficient amount of time for me to get close enough for a photograph.
