Willow Warbler juvenile
The Makepeace Hide has a few small bushes in front of it and today was a good day to observe a flock of juvenile Willow Warblers feeding before embarking on their long journey to Sub-Saharan Africa. I photographed an adult bird of this species in Zimbabwe recently – see the Zimbabwe 2012 collection.
