A poor photo of a partially hidden Yellow-vented Flowerpecker Dicaeum chrysorrheum taken from below. Remarkably, the key features of this species are visible in the photo: narrow, slightly curved bill; whitish loral stripe; white below with bold blackish streaks and yellow vent. Its preferred habitat is open broad leaved forest, forest edges, gardens and orchards.
The range of Yellow-vented Flowerpecker includes the north east Indian subcontinent and most of south east Asia.
