European Crested Tit adult

Crested Tit was the least common of the four Tit species which visited the feeders at the Gornerschlucht. It was the species which I most wanted to photograph and it required a wait of several hours but ultimately, the long wait was worth it. It was dark in the forest late in the afternoon but the crowds had subsided and this Crested Tit ventured close to where I was sitting.
