Senegal Lapwing
The eastern edge of Lake Ihema is part of the Akagera National Park and forms the border between Rwanda and Tanzania. The shore and associated grasslands are a good spot to see water birds such as this Senegal (also known as Lesser Black-winged) Lapwing.
