African Dusky Flycatcher

African Dusky Flycatcher

After an early breakfast, we set off to Ndola airport where we met the pilot of our charter aircraft which was to take us to the Multinondo Wilderness Area. We had to completely repack our bags so that we could travel with minimal luggage for the next week, leaving our large bag at the hotel in Ndola. The flight of about ninety minutes duration took us over the remote and under populated miombo and dambo habitats of north-eastern Zambia. We landed at the Multinondo Wilderness Area on what our pilot described as the most bumpy landing strip he had seen.
