African Stonechat adult female

After an overnight stop at Kabompo River Lodge, we made an early start for the long drive to Mwinilunga. There was little time for birding today and the only photo is of a female African Stonechat, now split from Common Stonechat by some taxonomic authorities. We arrived at our destination late in the day feeling tired after four days on the road, a tough journey especially for our driver and guide.
