Bornean Green Magpie

The rest of the day was spent on the trails near the Visitor Centre and Restaurant which gave us the opportunity to see more of the special birds of the Park. This Bornean Green Magpie, also known as Short-tailed Green Magpie, was seen well in a very dark spot in dense forest on the Pandanus Trail. Bornean Green Magpie is endemic to the montane forests of Borneo and Java.
