Common (Mew) Gull juvenile

This species ranges from Western Europe across to Eastern Siberia and the Western parts of North America. It is known as Mew Gull in the US and Common Gull in the UK. It is not especially common in the London area and is an occasional visitor to Kelsey Park where a few birds can sometimes be found on the main lake.
