We got up a little later the following morning and had breakfast with our hosts who happen to have bird feeders in the garden. Greater Blue-eared Starling was one of the earliest visitors. It can be separated from Lesser (Miombo) Blue-eared Starlings by its blue rather than magenta underparts. (See the Miombo photos from the previous day).
