Masked Lark juvenile

Masked Lark juvenile

Masked Lark is a rarely seen or photographed species with a narrow range in Southern Ethiopia and Northern Kenya. The juvenile of this species has not been described to science as far as I know and I can find no mention of it in Birds of Africa or relevant Field Guides. We will therefore write a paper for publication in the African Bird Club Bulletin and include this photograph.
