Silvered Leaf Monkey

We arrived at Kuala Lumpur airport from Borneo in the late afternoon and travelled to Kuala Selangor. I don’t think we had an evening meal and I remember retiring to my room at the lodge and eating a chocolate biscuit. Foolishly, I didn’t wrap up the packet and awoke in the morning to find that the floor was covered with ants making their way to the chocolate. Having shaken out my bags and its contents outside the room, I was ready to face the day. This Silvered Leaf Monkey with its startlingly coloured baby made a great start.
