Whyte’s Barbet has a small range in eastern Zimbabwe. The golf course at Mutare was a productive area for bird watching and we found a pair of these Barbets. It was described as a boring looking bird by one member of our group but I would disagree with that assessment. I leave you to make up your own mind.
